The superior studio was bright and had excellent cooking facilities. the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. the location in a shopping area was convenient, with nearby convenience shops and stores.

The room was brand-new and neat, we loved it. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food. The hotel was in a decent location, close to everything. Everything was beautiful, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly...

Suite was beautiful and spotless had electric blankets. Booked the hotel for its excellent location very close to shops and restaurants, and the centre of Franz Josef.

The king studio here is modern and impressive, with a convenient kitchenette, and the location is perfectly situated with everything easily accessible, along with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff.

The location was great, close to the Kawatiri River Trail, with only a 10 km distance to the airport; service was excellent, the rooms were bright, and breakfast was good.

Our stay at the Spa Motel was fantastic! The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful refurbished bathroom. We were impressed with the standard of the room and felt like we were in a cozy home away from home.

The motel is situated in a convenient location, with easy access to the town of the area. The staff provided helpful recommendations for activities to do on the coast, and the motel is close to everything you need.

The cleanliness of the spa bath was lacking and not up to standard.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Franz Josef, in what felt like a safe area. The room was modern, light, and had a fresh color scheme. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the shower was spacious with a non-slip base. I loved the small garden patio with outdoor seating, it was a great spot to relax. The room also had all the amenities I needed, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a dining table. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, I highly recommend this place.

We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us during our stay.

the towel rail that I turned on to dry my towel was switched off when the room was serviced, which was a bit disappointing. Another downside was that there were only two tea bags provided and they were not restocked for our second night.

Stayed here for New Year's with my family. the kitchen facilities were good, and the parking was convenient. the staff was friendly and approachable.

The bathroom was small and uncomfortable with no space to sit on the toilet; the spa bath had dirty jets, leaving soap scum in the water, which was disgusting.

great place to stay, spacious and clean with a wow factor. Loved the relaxing spa bath and convenient location for exploring. Hosts were accommodating and friendly, even let us check in early. Extra pillows were a nice touch.
